salam paak | Winter special

Ingredients:

Milk ................................................2 cups
Salam powder.................................... 1 tsp
Khoya( mava).....................................1 cup
Sugar...............................................1/2 cup
Mix dry fruit powder.....................,,,,....1 cup ( almond, pistachio, charoli)
saffron.............................................1/2 tsp
Mace powder ( javantri).........................1/4 tsp
Nutmeg powder...................................1/4 tsp
Almond, pistachios slices and charoli for garnishing

Method:

1. Take ghee in a pan and roast mix dry fruit powder in it and keep it aside.
2. Now in a separate vessel heat milk and add this powder in it.
3. Add salam powder, sugar and khoya in it and cook until you get nice lumpy mixture. 
4. Now add rest of the masala and mix it very well
5. Take the mixture in a greased tray and garnish with almond, pistachio and charoli slices.

( if you want you can also add some chocolate color in the milk to get dark brown color)

Hot and Spicy Shriracha Tofu | Winter Special | by Rinku






It is a perfect weather to enjoy this hot and spicy Sriracha Tofu. You can also replace Tofu with Paneer . It is also can be served as a party appetizer.

Ingredients:

Extra Firm Tofu  ............................ 12 oz 
Sriracha sauce  ............................... 1/2 cup
Dark Soy Sauce.............................,,1 tb sp
Black pepper powder ......................1/2 tsp
Dry Ginger powder..........................1/2 tsp
Garlic powder..................................1/2 tsp
Vinegar............................................1 tsp


Method: 

1. Take half cup of Sriracha sauce in a bowl
2. Add soy sauce, black pepper, dry ginger powder, garlic powder and vinegar in it and mix it well.
3. Now add tofu and mix well.
4. keep it aside for half and hour to marinate
5. Heat the pan and add  1 tb spoon oil and place tofu pieces on the pan
6. Cook on all sides for about 30-40 seconds
7. Once it cook from all side transfer it into plate and enjoy.

( you can adjust the spiciness according to your taste)
