Simple and easy Hummus recipe

Ingredients:

boiled chickpeas ..................................1 cup
garlic................................................3 cloves
salt..................................................1 1/2 Tb spoon.
Tahini...............................................1/3 cup
Lemon juice........................................5 Tb spoon
Water................................................2 Tb spoon
Olive oil.............................................1/4 cup + 2 Tb spoon for serving
Crushed red pepper...............................1 tea spoon 


Method:

1. Mix all the chickpeas, garlic, tahini in the mixture.
2. Gradually add olive oil and churn into the mixture to make a fine paste. add water little by little.
3. Now take into a bowl and add rest of the ingredients and serve with olive oil and crushed red pepper on top ( you can also use red pepper powder instead of crushed red pepper)
