Ingredients:
Fenugreek seeds ................1 cup
Salt ........................... ....1/2 cup
Red Chili Powder............ ....1 cup
Turmeric powder................ 2 tsp
Hing................................1 Tbsp
Castore Oil........................1 Tbsp
Vegetable Oil.....................1 cup + 1 Tbsp
Method:
- In a pan add 1 tbsp oil and fenugreek seed and roast it until you get nice pink color then keep it aside
- In the same pan add salt and dry roast salt to remove moisture
- Now add fenugreek seed into the blender and make coarsely ground powder
- Take it out into a bowl and add salt, turmeric powder, hing and castor oil and mix everything very well
- Add little bit oil at a time and keep mixing until all the masala will coat with oil very nice.
- You cans store this masala for a year in an air tight container.
