Ingredients:
Toor daal ......................1/2 cup
Urad Daal......................1/2 cup
Chana daal.....................1/4 cup
Red chili........................6-8 pieces
Fenugreek seeds..............1 Tbsp
Corriander Seeds..............1 Tbsp
Bay leaves......................4-5 pieces
Hing..............................1 tsp
Salt...............................1tsp
Turmeric.........................1 tsp
Black pepper ...................1 Tbsp
Cloves ...........................7-8 pieces
Method:
- Roast all daal until light pink color. Transfer into another bowl
- In the same pan roast all the ingredients one by one and transfer into the same bowl
- Let it cool down completely and then add all then ingredients into the blender and make a fine powder
- Store this powder into a clean air tight container .
